Products & information
We aim to describe and represent products accurately. Small differences in color or appearance can occur because of lighting, photography, display settings or ordinary manufacturing variation. Product information, availability and pricing may be corrected or updated when necessary.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when it has been successfully processed and confirmed. If an affected paid order is cancelled, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law. Available payment methods depend on your market and are displayed through Shopify’s checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties or other charges are shown or handled as described during checkout and in our shipping information.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier, customs, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged goods and cancellations are handled under our Returns & Refunds information and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Intellectual property
VELYVA’s store design, brand elements and original site content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where use is permitted by law. Product names, marks or content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
